You don't need Lupo arms, just the Bosch aero wiper blades which are specifically made for the Polo 8)

The Bosch retrofit aero wipers are easier to fit, BUT in my opinion the Lupo wipers are nicer to look at :) they just need a bit of work to get them working spot-on.

Tom W, the part numbers I have for the arm - you need two passenger-side arms - is 6X2 955 409 C. The wiper blades are part number 1J2 955 425 B.

Both those numbers are off my original packaging!

Hope this helps

Cheers

Those will come in quite handy, I've added those to the Mods thread.

In my opinion the aero arms look 100 times better then the retro blades.

£110 lol, thats ridiculous.

From what I've heard they cost around £40-45.

Retro fit blades are £25 delivered

I paid around £45 for all my parts from a mate who works in the trade parts center for VW.

Try VAGparts - you'll have to ring them though as they don't check the forum any more I don't think :?

No they're flat on the screen aren't they?

the retro fit ones look slightly odd if you look at them for long enough. The bend in the driers side arm is unnatural

VW do an aero upgrade kit, think mine cost me about £18 with my staff discount. Only need the wiper blades, they fit onto the original arms and do a fine job!
