how to fit sun strip / visor?????

how am i suppose to stick a sun visor on to a 6n when the mirror is stuck onto the windscreen?...any ideass? :? :shock:

Take the mirror off, line the strip up, mark the little circle, cut it out, stick the strip, put back the mirror?

Similar to what polo dude said, make a template of the mirror & cut it out of the visor. Or as Joe said, get one for the outside!!! :lol:

is it a real sun strip like a solid colour or one of them tack halfords "fade to clear" ones that is like an inch deep and dosnt fade to clear?

like already said, template. Not a huge Sun strip person.

yee i bought one of those halford 1z thinking it was the ones you stick inside, but it was one of them 1z you stick outside on the car but imo it makes the car looks tacky because they look like a big strip of inch deep paper stuck to the window :shock:

i think if your lookin for a proper good inside job like the dark tinted fade to clear ones, you gotta get the windscreens that just come with them, normally they stick on the outside though, like the touring strips, ive never seen one stuck inside. you could make one yourself from tint film, that coould go inside, will be a nightmare to template though
