A few presents for the Polo (and me!) this weekend, got the front bumper smoothed, and had the door handles colour coded. My pressed plates also came today
*The grill is on it's way before anyone comments... and yes the car is on a slant!
Nah they're not the legal ones, but i don't know any better if anyone asks
I regret getting the GB band now though, think it would look better without, and the legal ones had dubmeister printed at the bottom which imo looked a bit too cluttered, better to keep it simple!
@Tim, plates can be correct size, spacing, font and colour but so long as they are pressed, they are still illegal i'm afraid.
I run uk pressed plates and have had no trouble thus far but i've also heard through a copper whos a member on another forum i use that police are more concerned with incorrect spaced plates, plates made out to say something else and also foreign look plates ie-german font. Not saying they won't pull ya for having uk pressed but i'd think there would be a reduced chance perhaps.
