Does anyone know transmission code for the GTI

hi all does anyone know the transmission code for the GTI or have uprated there clutch and flywheel i know the vw six speed is o2m can anyone help thanks

you thinkin of going six speed ?

i would love 6th gear on Polo - it really needs it.

If clutch and flywheel going in not much more trouble to bolt up different gearbox ?

its a different clutch and fly to all other 1.8ts go on www.vag20v.net and ask there , its all about 1.8ts technical stuff, ask danish his polo is 323bhp IHI turbo etc etc

keeping the five speed its for a clutch and a diff

02J is the type, specific ratio code wide there are 3 depending on the chassis number.

apparenly solid vr6 clutch mated with our fly works well?

this is what my local garage told me with all his vw knowledge.... lol

i have heard this also replace the dual mass fly with a vr6 one , but dan knows the score as he had problems , ill find out for defo 4 ya try this topic http://www.vag20v.net/forums/index.php? ... 3605&st=15
