Is it possible to do a straight swap & bolt a Mk5(6n2) rear wiper arm onto a '95(6n)?

I don't think so; the wiper arms will bolt on OK, but the configuration is wrong. I once tried fitting a 6N2 arm onto a 6N car and the washer was pointing downwards. The reason being that the 6N2 arm is laying to the right of the screen, whereas the 6N lays to the left.

what about the wiper from a polo estate? :)
ive got one fitted to my car.its a straight swap :D
the plastic trim thing covers the whole wiper blade.makes it a lot neater looking

Had a feeling it sat the other way!! Worth a punt! :lol:


Have to look at an estate version, not many around tho'!

Failing that, take it off altogether I suppose! :lol:
