MK5 Doorcards (front and rear)

Does anyone know if MK5 3dr front and rear door cards will fit into a mk4 3dr?
If is possible but they require adjusting how much adjustment are we talking?

Rears are a straight swap, front aren't unless you want to swap the whole dash!
