slammed on banded 15'' or 16''

Hi there, ive just ordered my coilvers for my summber blue 9n
I want some wideish wheels but without the scrubbing issues so i was looking at banded steelies as they keep the offset pretty low...does anyone think ill have issues with 7.5 up front and 8.5 out back? if not 7 and 8? Also would 15s be better or 16s? ive never seen any pics of a 9n on wide 15s or 16s so cant say!

i've seen a 9n with 10 on the back, without problems. (not sure on all sized like " and et etc..)

7.5 and 8.5 should be ok with correct tires i would think (15 16 and poss 17)

The lower the offset the further they will stick out, so technically the more problems you will have.

I'm not familiar with the 9N chassis and what it can and cannot handle, but 16" 8-9s would probably sit quite nice, if the car was decked.
