Shortening door pins, advice wanted please
I've seen and heard a lot of you guys shortening your door pins. They look 5x better when sitting flush. Just wondered if everyone could drop down how they did theres as i'm not sure of the best way. Either cutting pins / rods and how the did it and how much they cut off. Cheers
I did this to mine not so long ago, hope this helps

All i had to do was to unscrew the door pin, cut down the metal bar using the pliers and then put the door pins back on.
I used glue dots to stick the pins back on, but blue tack would do as well. You will only be pushing these down and you will never be pulling on them because they will be sitting flush when locked and you dont need to pull on them for any reason when the car is unlocked![]()
