Im gonna try something crazy. I have some really really strong velcro....so Im going to attempt to Velcro the amp onto the seat. It probably wont work, and If it doesnt ill either do a false floor, or just screw it into the seat back -whichever is easier.

So ye, will update as it happens. Eager times these days...i want it finished!

UPDATE:

Today I have ordered something brand new, unique, and one of a kind.

A full flash red front bra!!

I kinda thought seeing as Im having perfect paintwork, with all the show driving, I dont want the paint to get ruined, so why not get a full bra, but colour coded

Its going to take three to four weeks to have it made, but when it arrives, Ill have loads of pics

alex when thinking of doin a conversion did u buy any thing like the ecu or wiring loom
also do u kno if its possible 2 get the 1.o ecu re mapped to a 1.6 gti setup?
im attempting the same conversion u was hopeful u will have sum advice for me

Two different ecus mate totally different.

I didnt buy anything as I was going to get a full loom and engine together. Its a big conversion to do. Best person to get in touch with is phil with the red polo or randall. Both of these peeps did this successfully
