engine conversion need help

i have a polo 6n2 1.0 mpi
ive just bought a gti 1.6 engine and gearbox ive been told different information about the ecu wiring loom and transponder i was hopeing sum 1 could tell me what they know
the main things i need 2 know is if i need a new wiring loom and if i can get my original key and transponder programed 2 my ecu
could any 1 help ?

a new loom is £795 from vw!

You can get the engine ECU modified so it doesnt need the coded keys and the coded clocks....Allows the engine to run "stand alone" if you like

There are a couple of companies who can do it for about £150....I cant for the life of me remeber who they are though!

ye im puting gti brake calipers on with ebc greenstuff pads a turbo grooved pads they should do the job
if u can rember the company who remap the ecu so the dont need a key or dial codes could you let me know thanks

1 step closer 2 getin the engine in my car iv now got the wiring loom ecu and dials just preping the engine 2 be tuned any ideas wat i can should do to get the best performance 2 the engine pics will be updated soon

Can i ask nicely to use proper english please. I have a hard enough time understanding it on MSN let alone on here :)

A raceland 4-2-1 manifold and a full cat back exhaust system will improve performance as will shrick cams and lifters - its just dependant on how far you want to go with it all.
