Just treated myself (again) Mirror pics page 3

Post by ModifiedMadness »

Been splashing the cash around recently on the R32 (only took me 2 months)

I have a pair of Silver carbon fibre wing mirrors on order which should look interesting against the blue.

A Black carbon fibre rear diffuser on order to replace the plastic OEM item.

And have today been on the phone to the DVLA to purchase VW** TOM which when the paperwork arrives will be made up into a nice set of legal pressed plates :D

Great style Tom. Let me know where you're getting the plates made from?

Is it the OSIR accessories you've gone for?

I'll be getting them from Ant Graphics which is part of Carnoisseur.

They order them from Dubmeister 8)

That's it mate yeah, the OSIR stuff. Getting that from The TT Shop/TTS Roadsport.

These are the mirrors 8)

Nice 8) so these are complete mirrors, correct?

The silver modified ED30 you might have seen around with a carbon bonnet has a similar weave, always wondered what it was.

OSIR do a carbon mask too...get it as well when you can. Should suit it a treat

I was actually following one the other day in silver, and thought gosh, that'd be an awesome car to have. I notice you have the lovely seats from the new TT as well. Good choice :)

It's not brand new though although the previous owner specced it up very well.

DSG Box

Heated leather Recaro's (didn't know they were in the TT, I know the RS4 and S3 have them.)

Auto wipers, auto dipping rearview/drivers side mirror, auto headlights, passenger mirror drops when you put it in reverse so you can see the curb (but still curb your front wheel like I did yesterday) electrically folding wing mirrors, front arm rest, cruise control... think that might be it

They are awesome cars though yeah, they sound amazing.

Won't be able to do too much because of insurance, don't want that going up too much!! Will probably get a remap and a Milltek at some point, as well as a set of 19" BBS CH's

Luckily with the .:R's there's not too much to do, maybe a turbo in a few years time 8) that's a way off yet though
