happy days, cheers. Arrived today :D So give them a good scrub then sourcing tyres tomorrow!

Yeh 6j are very skinny for that kind of alloy. You won't find any tyre that would add an appropiate stretch tbh, probably best sticking to 195/45.

I'd look at getting some big girth spacers,

Ended up with a 195/50 Pirelli P5000. Filled the arches well with the bigger tyre! Will get pics up soon

They might look more ballooned as your rims are 6J but yeh they do fill the arch much better. My car used to look lower with 50 profiles but I couldn't take the scrubbage so changed em for 45's. Now at an angle I can see inside the arches :(

My cars around 60-70mm lower and on 50's they scrub against the inner and outer arch on a slight bump. Anyone sitting in the rear and they're scrubbing non stop.

With 45's I don't have that problem anymore. The car also sits slightly lower although you won't notice it.

is it still possible to lower the polo? nothing too major. and dont want any scrubbage with people in the back

stick 45's on and you can lower it atleast 60mm without an issue.
