Ipod linkup

I have a random sony Xplod head unit, which has audio input slots etc in the back, which i assume can take the ipod but Im not sure how to get it playing the ipod once connected, any help/suggestions?

should have a source button to select AUX or similar.

Yes, Ive got a source button but I Aux doesnt come up?

They might only be outputs on the back then. It probably has a CD changer input, but this will only activate when a changer is installed. Check the menu for an AUX on option.
