My 4 Hour Clean

Post by yacobwood »

Right, just spent four hours cleaning my car. thought i would share. its not the best paintwork in the world and it does need major cil and arch work followed by a new set of alloys but i feel ive done pretty well with what ive got :D

o and by the way, for all your black bits on the car i would recomend autoglym Bumper Care. its quite the polish

Looks fantastic mate

Have you thought about taking the side strips off and colour coding the door handles?

Looks exactly how mine was (1.4CL?) before I started doing bits to it! Its looking good, have you tried a polish to remove some of the oxidation which is what makes the flash red pinky looking :)

I did the interior on mine the other day, amazing what you find

nice job, get some wax on then all you will have to do for a while is wash and leather it down.
Any major plans?

nothin spiecal really. hose down. wash. hose down again :D
the time was spent on all the nooks an cranys. e.g. door hinges. no dirt there anymore. everything that is ment to be black is e.g. boot hinges. upolstry cleaner. windows. engine degrease and back to black. the norm :D
