Using RCD300 mp3 H/U with an ipod

Hi guys,

I have just picked up my new polo 9n3 which has a RCD300 mp3 headunit as standard. In my previous polo I fitted a double din kenwood screen with kenwood ipod interface, which worked well.

However this time I rather like the OEM double din look of the RCD300, but i'm unsure of what ipod conections are available.

Also I tried to create an mp3 CD, but unfortunatley the majority of my music is AAC, MPEG or WMA. How many tracks are possible to be put on an mp3CD? and whats the easiest way to create one?
