I've just got regular 6x15 G60 steels on mine. Although I am so very very tempted to sling my RMs on for month or two and have my front steels made out to 6.5" and my rears to 7.5" :lol:

I'd love some also, but they're illegal and quite unsafe if I'm not mistaken?

There are companys out there that do them Legally, iirc wide wheels do them Legally now and there completly safe

wide wheels give you a certificate to prove there safe.
mine are costing £310 when i get the cash to send off.. (not a mk5 though ;))

i'm having mine 7.5 and possibly 9 if not 8.5.

If it's a proper weld then it'll probably be stronger than the original wheel!!

£310 for 4 wheels? That's not soo bad.

Would look pretty sick on a pair of G60s 8)
