Its as red as the flash red - and tbh its rather something. To have something so unique, and for it to be red is out of this world wooo so excited :D

lol each to their own :P

If you'd just spent 1500 quid getting your car resprayed, you might think differently!

I had the previous normal bonnet bra, but it doesnt offer enough protection - with the amount of stone chips you get on the splitter with it being colour coded, having a full front mask pays off in the long run.

Besides its for motorway driving only!

Yeah, i can understand its VERY practical.
And i can understnad why you use it.
Hell, if i spent that much on a respray, i would.

But i just don't like the look :)

What was it on and what colour was it?

I think it will look quite good when its on - as its red, and the colour is almost a perfect match, it should just blend in and not stick out like a sore thumb (well i hope anyway!)

Er, it was on a polo.
I'd try and find the pic, but i haven't a clue where to start looking.
Damn my crap memory...

It stuck out like a sore thumb, think it was black, just stuck out...

That im afraid is bloody awful, there is no way i would be pulling that over fresh paint!

Couple of coats of hard glaze will reduce chips to a minimum, no matter how soft that is it will slowly munch its way into the paint with a head on wind on it. I would be v careful how long you keep that on for particularly if it gets caught in the rain!

Im aware of that bud. Rain and bras are a very bad combination.

Hard glaze is as bad as sealing it tho - so its a vicious circle isnt it?

It just makes me laugh how people are so anti full front masks - they are designed for a purpose...not to look like a set of schmidt TH lines.
