No electric's what so ever...>>>>>>>>

Post by samchatt »

Went to start my car today and as i went through the ignition stage it started this buzzing noise didn't think any thing of it but when i went to start the car it didn't even tick over just fell slient then when i removed the car key from the ignition the clock reset then when i tried a few times more it just kept buzzing at the ignition stage so i check for any blown essentail fuses and they seemed fine so i sat in the car a pressed the hazards switch and again a buzzing sound even on ignition when i tried the wipers they were very very slow. . .

Help !!!!!!!!!!!lol

sounds like a problem i had when i was fixing my electric window, id had it up and down all day and noticed it was getting slower and slower, next day my car did a similar thing to what you have just described... it was simply a flat battery. charge it, check the contacts etc, see if this helps:)

Put a multimeter on the battery, should read over 13-14V. Or connect jump leads to another car, if all your electrics seem ok then try to start. If it runs then there is your culprit, the battery! Get the alternator checked too, may not be charging.
