Can you hear the pump operate when you turn the key, or is dead as a dodo? As you may be aware the pump operates on air not current to open & close the locks, so if you can still hear the pump running, then it may be an air leak in one of the hoses. If not the pumps do fail sometimes, get an auto-electrician to test it for you.
Same thing with the wiper, get it tested, parts are easy to come by, 2nd hand pump, around 15-20 & wiper motor around a tenner.
