It doesn't have a hydraulic one?
Mine... well... it's just got an obvious nut on a threaded bit poking out the end, pointing forwards as it threads thru the release arm. Giving it a twist one way with a 10-mil spanner (clockwise?) makes it better shifting but more liable to slip. The other way (anti-c?) makes it a b***h to shift, but it has a fantastic firm bite in-gear. Haven't yet found the elusive method by which I can extend the range of top & bottom of throw to get a slick shift with a good bite without a fresh plate though.
All depends on what you mean by 'tighten' though really
And of course the mk4 could be 100% different from my mk3 for all I know
If you can't find it... reach for the haynes!
