What's it worth?

Post by CraigMK4 »

Considering selling up (don't worry, staying vw!) but just trying to figure out what the cars worth? I've owned it for 2 years, currently has the following spec:

1995 6N 1.3CL
Chagal Blue, few light scratches but nothing major
90k, 6 months tax and 8 months MOT
4 owners
Full service history
Lowered on Coilies
Smoothed 16v front bumper
Colour Coded door handles
BBS rims (not sure which model)
16v rear lights
Clear indicators and side repeaters
De-badged grill
Brand new tyres
Comes with headunit

What do you guys reckon? And would it be worth putting back to standard before selling?

Cheers!

Well specify each part with names and prices and see if you can make more by splitting.

With that kind of car I think you'd be best putting it bak to standard as best you can. You'll get more of your money back plus the car will appeal to a larger audience.

Not really sure on an overall price though sorry. At a guess i'd say £500-700? What did you pay originally?

Better off putting back to standard, as Tim said you'll appeal to a wider audience that way. Plus you'll get more money, overall.
