Coolant

Post by Pedro_Hilario »

Hi,

This last few days I've been getting the warning light on the dash blinking, which means I need to fill the car with coolant.

Problem is it's already full, and even though the warning light blinks, the car doesn't have any leak or overhearts. Steady 90º.

What could it be? A bad sensor?

Sensor sounds about right.

If coolant level is ok, as you've already checked, & runs ok. Then get the coolant level switch changed, unfortunately its housed within the expansion tank, so the whole thing needs changing.

Will try to change that, to see if it gets fixed.

Thanks,
