Recently purchased this valve , to see how it favours over the forge splitter, and all i can say no difference in performance, maybe a slight less low down lag but, that may just be imaginable LOL, the splitter is louder too! I think if you want a quick bolt on mod the 007p is good as requires no set up, just bolt on on go! Thats the only annoying thing about the splitter, you are always thinking have i adjusted this correctly?? Both are mint valves if anything the splitter is alot better quality and thicker construction!
I tried the 007p in reverse and it sounds like your car is knackered LOL all it does is make a high pitch squeek like a supercharger belt slipping! Plus it runs with a bit of lag, works much better in its standard position!
Also a tip if you didnt know, if ya want ya whoosh louder, remove the sound deadening under the bonnet, makes a big difference!
