MK4 Needs New Clutch... Help!

Where is the best/cheapest place to purchase a full clutch, and how many hours labour/prices should I be looking at to get it fitted?

Someone mentioned £180 for labour is that about right?

Also @ 80K is it worth replacing the gearbox oil?

I'd leave the gearbox unless its causing hassle (the 16v are known for failing), the labor sounds right for the clutch expects to pay around £215 with parts.
