i'm not sure if this is an electrical fault or not but here goes.
The fuel gauge is always reading full ,i have heard of people in other cars changing clocks and fixing problems like this, but i was just wondering if anyone on here had experianced anything similar?

Welcome to the forum! :D Hope you enjoy it!

May be the sender unit that is part of the fuel pump, has it been changed? If so, it may not have been put back the right way round!

Sounds like a grounding fault. Check the wiring from the sender under the rear seats.
