This Weeks Re - Detail

Post by Jeff GTi »

well, the cars undergone a bit of surgery of new parts lately

so since last time, the following have been added

forge front mount intercooler
APR R1
S-Line gear knob
new forge hoses
Honeycombe grills
putting the 17's back on etc
lockless drivers door blank
lockless tailgate handle

and due to being worked on and just driven, was beginning to look less than perfect agian, so it only seemed right to get the g220 out and give it some pure love again followed by a full overhaul on general cleaning the lil beasty

the results are not shown to their full in the photos but it still looks good, so thought id get some pics up to show her off again, anyway, heres the pics,

so what do we think then? and where next, any ideas? im thinking bigger rear brakes, An ATB Diff and 300+ BHP should finish it off nicely

Very nice indeed.

Im probably the only one, but am not with those lower grilles, neither for the standard ones.

A question about the Milltek, the space between the exhaust and the bumper, can pipewerx sort that out and also the length of it.

yeah kenny, come on over, haha, though yours loks pretty clean to start with

sagaris, yeah, pipewerx can alter the length and the height it sits at, as they did on mine

monk - had a pipercross viper on it but decided against it, good as it looked it was no longer stealthy with the extra induction noise

white polo, how cool is it seeing the intercooler hoses, gives it loads of road persence im told when a mate was driving in front of it looking back

josh and shane, cheers lads

How long does it take them to alter it?

What brake pads are you using? I've got the black diamond predator pads, but there is no connector to let me know the brake pad wear. :?
