put some 20" wheels on it and raise it as high as possible......... it'll stand out at least.

If you're not lowerd at all its probably your tyre profile. What size are you running atm?

On a serious note, the standard mods are always a good base

de bump strip
de badge
de wiper
stubby ariel
clear indicators and repeats
mk 5 rears or something..
some slammaaaage
pressed plates
16v bumpers

they'll be fine if you don't lower it mate, and also dependent on offset of said wheels!

yea bruv sorted!!! but bruv u is gotta put some chrome spinners on it ya feel me? or is not even worf it. also bruv if u is only doing da one strobe light under the car u is stupid innit like, mate u is gotta av atleast 2 to make it look chavvy. damn bruv u is not pimping my ride n e time soon if that iz ow u fink!!! and also the mile spoiler.

but otherwise, the main things id get done, if i redid a polo, is get alloys and lower it to get the stance right. once u got the stance right it takes on a hole new look. then think about the clear indicators etc.

i got 15's lowered a fair bit and dont get n e scrubbage that i know of.
maybe its something to do with the ofset of the wheel ?

i been looking at 16's recently and was thinking they look to big and that 15's are perfect cause it lowers alot and dont get many problems.

wont really stand out tho, everyone does these. try something different other than 16v bumpers and mk5 rear lights.

ive got 16s on mine and theyre fine...
only problem i found i might have had was the rear inside black insert, to stop dirt etc going into the chasis etc, i took these off to ensure no rubbing :) but other than tht mine sit in it fine and dont rub
