I dont think it will look odd at all, it will just refine the standard car and make it look cleaner.

Will you de badge and take of the wiper as well?
Get some pics up :)

I rolled on 15X8 Monos with both bumpers smoothed for a while. Nothing looks weirder than an euro'ed Polo on standard height. It was literall getting mistaken for 4X4s around the town.

Yeh so what is the plan in terms of style?

its cost me 90 quid for both front and back, but my friend works in a bodyshop so ive only had to pay for paint, special filler, plastic etc ..bunged him a few quid aswell... he put 15 hours labour into the rear, front next week

£90 is an awesome price for plastic weld! Even considering it's mates rates.

I wish I'd searched for a plastic welder now, mine need re-doing.

i know yeh, i thought it would just be a case of filling it in etc was shocked when i got there this morning to see how he had done it, i did some of the labour myself today but that was only because i wanted to be nosey..

really happy as he has agreed to remove the vw badge from boot, welding a plate in not just filling it over, also removing side rub strips, and respraying my bonnett.

his work is amazing
