strut brace
was thinking abotu getting a strut brace, but wanna know which one would be best to get? am thinking getting front and rear upper but at the moment just more interested in front one. does the front lower scrape alot if the car is low? does the lower one make a big difference or would it be ok just to get the upper front one?

OMP and FK automotive do good strut braces. you can get a front set for around £85.
The front lower will be the lowest part of your car once put on, so if your 70mm+ expect it to scrape a little.
Some say it doesn't make much of a difference, Mouse took his off a month or two ago and said it made no difference. However is was a part used by the 6N2 Rally, so you'd assumed it does do something with a combination of other handling modifications.
The front set costs literally no more than just he front, so it's an idea to just try it out and if it's more hassle than it;'s worth, take it off.
you do need to mod the undertray if you want that on at the same time also.

OMP are widely known on here, they're red which is a plus. FK auto are Alluminium. OMP is around £80 delivered for the set last time I checked.
Yep, few people have been having that problem at the minute. Something's up.kipper wrote: how weird, i clicked on this site as its in my history and it went throught to a totally different site......
