The springs sit on an adjustor ring, which when wind up and down corresponds to the height of the car. You use C spanners to do this, cheap kits sometimes only supply one which is dead annoying.

we figured it out ourselves in the end lol to late for a reply
ofcourse we wound it the wrong way first but we did it
and yes there was only one C spanner witch was as you said ANNOYING!!

if so u can buy them of ebay. i did. wernt perfect fit for my coilovers but they do fit and do the job.

i payed £500 for my coilovers and only got 1 C spanner which was quite annoying.
Also didnt get any insturctions or anything
