k &n panel filters for 2001 1.4 8v

does anyone know what panel filters fit the 1.4 8v polo.
do you need 2?
what kinda difference should i expect any power increase etc noise etc?
theres a few on ebay at the mo please advise polo people!

got mine for mk mk4 1.4 8v price was the same as ebay

there is the std filter then an 571 induction kit, well worth while mod..

the replacement panel filters, as far as i know are much better for performance than a k&n but are also alot quieter
k&n is mightily loud on mine thats why im resisting getting a backbox 8)

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa that is so what i didnt need to hear, i heard a k and n on a pug yesteday without a backbox and it was might loud!
god what do i do
isnt life complicated!
