there easy to fit on the 9n but alot harder on the 9n2 -3 , cos the 9n u jus twist the holder but on this u gota use the metal clip and attach it to the bulb by feeding the bottom end thru and then locking it in the housing like the normal bulb, try bending the metal clip slitely so the HID fits through, thats how i did mine and they dont pop out anythin, also u dont need to drill no cover jus cut an X in it using scissors and feed the wires thru. the cheap ebay ones are decent for 35 quid ! and cum wit 14 months warranty ive had 3 pairs on all ma polos so far and they re all brill. 8000 arnt very very blue and u dont have to send em back :D ive got 10 000k in mine and with my car being baby blue it looks the part.

 sorry for the essay lol

Been tryin all morning to fit them. Managed to get the wire through the metal clip / holder but it keeps uncliping itself from the bulb and refusses to stay locked in the headlamp. Gettin really stressed with this now. ha

no they dont steam up as long as u put the rear rubber seal back on nicely. by cutting an X into it its still pretty much sealed compard to a hole.

try harder mate they defo go in :D im in bed with the flu or i wuda taken you a picture ill try later tho. HID 4 u sells the clip for the touran i think it was but we already have that metal clip. if u get the end of the bulb and the metal cover to fit nice n tite it shud hold in the light.

whats the 1.9 TDi Sport like ? ive got a 1.4 SE petrol at the mo but just bought a 1.9 TDi Sport on a 56reg. how many miles u getin for a tenner ? n u had any prblems ?

Yeah its a top motor pal....Costs bout £40 to fill it and gettin aroung 48 - 50 MPG. But there aint no room in the engine bay to do anything. By the looks of things am gunna have to take the bumper off to get to the drivers side headlamp. But if you could take a pic of how your bulbs fitted then that would be great mate.
