Could be a number of things. Have you done anything like Clean you TB recently?

Hows the car running now?

i had my engine light come on and when i read it in the hand book it said about something like the lambda or something to affect the emmissions coming out the car.......

luckily i found out wat mine was as soon as i looked int he engine bay.... doubt its the same as yours tho as my one was a spark plug lead was on the bottom bit of the engine where a kinda spark plug thing sticks out and it heat had melted through the rubber on the lead and was kinda cross wiring...... it went of on its own after a couple of days.... no probs since.

do u think there could be a possibility that the light coming on could be connected to the fact my brake light has gone?
