5 stud conversion

I have a 1997 polo and want to convert it from 4x100 to 5x100 the rear is ok as gonna use mk3 rear discs but how do i do the front ? Has anyone done this ?

late mk3 golf hubs can be adpted 2 fit well! i did a set on my first 6n polo!

15mm?

If you got 35mm off set 15's on polo now and 5x100 35mm offset to go on even 15mm will make the wheels 20mm pushing them out miles.

go get one from the scrappy and then put it beside a polo one and u will see what needs 2 be done its not that hard!

from what i rember u need 2 weld a small patch on one side then grind the parts the shock goes though a bit 2 enlarge it 2 fit!
