Post by _williams_ »

i'm sure i've started a topic along these lines a while back but i cant find it so here goes . . .

i'm after a cheap way of getting the gti to sit a bit lower, i've seen a few on here with 40mm springs ut i cant seem to find any, anybody got any ideas? i've tried the obvious, venom, awesome gti but none seem to list the gti. any ideas?

and before anyone says it, coilies are a no no for a good while so dont say it!!

cheers

Yeah thats H&R springs mate, handling improves, a lot more stiffer!

Does feel a bit harsher to drive goin over pot holes and bumps but you get used to it!

Also look at these, read somewhere that they accept a bid of £150! Up to you tho, obvisouly it would be a lot harsher to drive

quick one:

thinking of birthday present to self: h&r springs for the 1.4 polo, but does anyone know if I need 'up to 830kg front axle weight' or 'from 831kg front axle weight'?

Oh and wheres the best UK currency place to buy them from (damn pound..)?
