The only way i know of is to remove the center console and unscrew the ash tray from underneath. Although, if you unscrew the heater controls, you may be able to get to the wiring without removing anything.

What are you needing to access the wiring for?

i was gonig to be adding some subtle lights underneath the footwells and needed a 12v power supply

Permanent live on the radio can be used, or just tap into a live under the steering column. Ensure you put an inline fuse though!

under the handbrake there is that bit of plastic that unclips, take that out to be presented by to plastic nuts, undo them and the hole centre consol from the rear of the car past the handbrake and up to the heater control units will lift up, it will lift up quite far, but dont do it to much
