panel filter or cone

hey ive got a 1.2 polo 9n2 and was wondering whats better having a cone induction kit or just replacing the standard filter for a KnN or pipercross one?

You really get "gains" with either

For noise, a cone filter. A panel filter wont sound any different. I guess it may be a bit more responsive with a cone

i was thinking cone purely cos it does make a sportier note rather than the 1.2 3cyl rattley noise lol

hey there i fitted the cone filter slight improvement in throttle response thats about it and the sportier note of corse! lol
