Fuel cap cover

I stupidly broke the fuel cap on my 2001 Polo - well the bit that connects the cap to the hinge is badly cracked and its just holding together. Firstly how does one remove the cap (from the inside somewhere?) and secondly can one buy a replacement? - colour may be a problem. This one is a sort of burgundy colour. Any help greatly appreciated - thanks.

Thanks - but now a bit confused exactly what I have got!! Looked at the reg document and it calls itself a Polo Match. Registered on 17/7/01. Any ideas where that leaves me (and the fuel cap)?!!!
