As tim says around every 40k or every 5 years.

mine is on 46,000 miles ish. Getting mine done next month with a a big service.
is it recomended to do your water pump at the same time?

If the spark plugs haven't been done before, I'd get them done. Also the gearbox oil.

im actaully on 52,000 miles. getting the timing belt ordered today.
also my fuel filter went yesterday so had to get that done.
