The sides of that tray are for coins I think. It also houses an 8310 perfectly too.

My girl handles the audio while I'm driving. Remote and all. Not bad eh?

From VW's wee hand book , its for 20p pieces for blowing up tyres, pound coins for shooping trolleys hmm !

All it seems to me is a fone holder that is till u put the foot down and the fone falls :))

tis a good place to stash sum sundry cash, for the multi-storey car parks, i recommend not over-filling it with 2p's though :s

I've got a phone holder/handsfree kit that plugs into the ciggy lighter. It's quite good, but not for long conversations. Don't use that slot for anything except when I can be arsed to plug my phone into the kit.

I always thought that tray next to the drinks holder was for change?

I wanna get are some neons that plug into the ciggy lighter to light up the footwell, my mates got some and they are mint.

neons in footwells

Post by jon_poloV »

you can run wires from the neons up to the internal light so when you open the doors the lights come on in footwells.
thats wicked!

Now that sounds very cool - might be a mod in the future.

The good thing about the ones that plug into ur ciggy lighter is that you can reposition them wherever and turn them on and off whenever you want to, without turning the main interior light on. :D
