Rear VW Badge

Is the rear vw badge just stuck on with double sided tape of has it got pins in the body? Think I might colour code or black mine. Getting board with winter now lol

Just stuck on fella. HEat it up alittle with the mrs's hairdryer to help get the tape off easier
