Change front bulb (H1 light) ----> Need help

Hello everybody.
I need some help.
I would like to replace my H1 bulb for some philips Blue vision but i don't know how to open and change light.
This morning, i was to VW dealer but anyone know how to open light in order to change bulbs. In fact here in france, in my town, there is only 2 Polo GTI, and it's very difficult to find some help.
Could you help me ?
