When your lights are on, and you use the windscreen fluid they'll automatically pop up.
With the 6N2 GTi, if the fluid is down lower thn litre, they won't work. This may be the case with the 9N3 also?

Re: headlamp washers inop
yes the pump is only driven if the desired water level is present, so try filling that up first, failing that, its just gonna be as they aint plugged back in, cant see it being anything else
when forge fitted mine they told me as one of my fogs was broken and left it out, turned out it was only as the bulb was not plugged in the slot properly and the power was not plugged back in

Re: headlamp washers inop
Mine were not working a couple of weeks ago and it was the fuse. Try the horn if that works then it aint the fuse, they use the same one.

Re: headlamp washers inop
Sorry to hear that they're not working, but they aren't removed from the car as part of the install - theres one screw each side that hold them to the bumper and thats it. They aren't disconnected from the water supply at all. Didn't you say the horn wasn't working when you came here, and you asked me to check the connections while the bumper was off(they were connected fine BTW) so maybe its the fuse as the last poster said ?

Funny how the wipers still worked when they are ment to be on the same fuse. The relay was still clicking for me too.
