Fronts are just straight fit. The rears need some adjustments though. I have no idea what's involved, but I don't think it's that much work.

awesome! the least i can do is get the fronts in, and probably spend a sunday doing the backs. can i use the old seats from my 6n2, or would i need the frames off the vr6 seats?

Just done this myself in the GTI, Fronts go straight in, one bolt off, out come the old, in go the new.

For the rears, the bit you sit on will go in, and for the backs, you need to take off the materials from the golf seats, it unclips from the metal backs, so you take this and the foam off and same on the polo seats.

Reclip the material and foam off the golf seat onto the metal backs of the Polo seats and then this polo frame will have the golf covering and now fit back in.. Following? :P

Hope that helped mate.
