My 6n is pearl black, however I just changed to a smoothed 16v bumper and I bought the new grills and fog lights. My question now is which colour should I spray the grills:
1) Keep standard
2) Spray them pearl black
3) Spray them pearl white.
If I go for no. 3 I will refurb the alloys in that colour too.
Also what about getting the fogs tinted black as I got tinted black 6n2 tail lights, I'm really 50/50 on the idea for the fogs.
grill colour?

Re: grill colour?
i would say keep it standard m8 ... as soon as you start painting grills i think it can start to look cheap, and then tint the fogs too so it hides them a lil for a cleaner look ... personally i think it will look mint after that

Re: grill colour?
Slightly off topic, but where did you get the grilles from and how much, as im after some. Cheers mate.
Re: grill colour?
eBay, bought the fogs with grills for £50 (shop of eBay, think they came from Bulgaria), badgeless grill from eBay £20 (again a shop), made the PCB and 6way fuse box + switches for £10 in case I want to link more stuff. Center grill I still have not got but there is a cheap one on eBay for £20 for the classic I think (looks the right size and shape), but I need to check whether it fits the 16v, if not only other place is VW spares and I heard its pricey from VW, around £40+ but can't quote you an exact figuredub_jack wrote:Slightly off topic, but where did you get the grilles from and how much, as im after some. Check eBay shops, not just the listings. Find a seller that sells a fair amount of kit, then search through their shops in the sublinks.dub_jack wrote:I keep checking ebay, but cant seem 2 find any. i know volkswagen are expensive, thats why ive not bothered with them.
