Clutch Pedal Vibration Help

Post by Rich_T »

as the topic says, ive got a clutch pedal vibration when changing up a gear or in neutral! I get it in neutral when ive got the pedal pressed down and rev the engine to about 2-3000 rpm, its quite annoying as i can feel the vibration up my leg!

Anyone have any ideas or shall i just book it in vw under warranty? TIA

dual mass fly maybe hard to say without experiencing it myself?? if it is clutch related your best having a g60 fly and vr6 clutch fitted and just paying then it will be bullet proof!! Thats what ill be doing when mine goes as my warranty is well out of the window LOL :P

it does sound like your dual mass is failing mate to be fair, the one setup white mentiones about is indeed warzone proof strength wise, BUT, it does rattle when you are in neutral with your clutch not pressed in
