Yeh the fuse board on the car.

There will be specific fuses for each headlight bulbs, they'll be right next to each other. 10A. I think they're 12 and 13 actually (on teh GTi they're around there anyway).

They'll probably pop at some point. So may aswell change them ahead of time!

Umm they shouldn't do? Unless they're semi covered by a different fuse also?

That picture is pretty blurry, but by the looks of it, it's the two on the top row, 4th and 5th one along.

First scan both sides of the card, and see if any of them have the same symbol as 12 and 13, but just a bit smaller and with another logo also. If there is, this means that the bulbs also share this fuse with something else, and would explain why they still work. If this is the case, you now know the reason, so just change the fuses job done.

If not try removing all the fuses that have bulb like pictures, and see what they do. These will include the rear clusters fogs etc.. one of them may link to the lights also though.

Or even still there may be a reason as to why they work which i don't know about. But i would test out all the fuses.
