My Rolling Road Results!!!

Finally finished doing all the mods on my car (except for stage 2 remap) so decided to get the car rolling roaded. The polo is a 1.4 16v with 75 bhp standard. Below are the mods that i have done to it:

Raceland Manifold
Sports CAT
Powerflow Exhaust System
BMC CDA Induction Kit
New HT leads and Coilpack
Splitfire Triple Platinum Spark Plugs

With these mods i got the following bhp -



Getting the stage2 remap tomorrow so should see what increase i get. I'm hoping i reach 100bhp but is that too ambitious?

i would say you would see over 100bhp easy mate, but make sure you go to the SAME rolling road! as each one can be different as there not calibrated the same! but thats not bad going really!, will be interesting to see what mine is pulling, mines a 1.4 16v 75bhp too, but it feels alot quicker than standard, even my mates GTi said there aint much difference!

I hope it does go over 100bhp!!! Tell you the truth i was quite upset with the 82bhp reading as i thought with all those mods i should have seen atleast 85bhp plus. Then again my RAM style intake wasn't working to its potential as the car wasen't actually moving. Oh well lets just hope i c 18bhp from a remap!

you normally see 25bhp+ from a remap from just an exhaust and decent induction kit setup!

Arite folks, quick question the 1.4 16v engine is there a 75mph version and a 100bhp?

Im sure mines is 100

there is a 75 bhp and a 100bhp

The 100 BHP normally has Air Con fitted as standard, and has deeper recaro style bucket seats (same as the GTI, just different fabric)
