Finally my Exhaust is finished :-)

Post by more-bhp »

After a week of development at Blueflame the Polo GTI exhaust is now available to buy at more-bhp :-)

2.5 inch System with twin rounds or oval, Decat, or 200 or 100 cell cat.

or for the big boys...

3.0 inch Full system with any cat option, twin 3inch round tails or oval...

Prices will be up later today.... big discounts for my friends on the Forum ;-)

I have on mine... 3" downpipe without CAT, and 3" full system with twin tails.... and I just love it... its quieter than my standard decatted exhaust when you start it up cold in the morning on the driveway.... then drive off the gas and its quiet... press the pedal.. and all hell is let loose.... its great...

see piccies....

Flippin nice! The car and the exhaust 8)

I didn't know Polos could look so tough!

How's the 3" for droning at motorway speeds, say, 70mph and after it's got a lot of heat in it?

Great work!

If your foot is off the gas then its totally quiet... add a little gas and there is some noise..... but I dont have a CAT... with a CAT it would be quiter again...

Underneath pics......

Whilst you can spec it how you want .. I'm interested in selling 3" Full Turbo Back Decat Systems with 3" Round Trims £499.. Emissions light removal included if required... Stage 2 if required just £50 regardless of what Stage 1 you have.... For Uk-Polo friends ;-)

If you want a 100CELL cat in there (complete with FIA motorsport certificate) then add £250 - this is better than the 200CELL usually supplied.

This exhaust will provide great scope for further mods like the Big Turbo - where I'm sure loads of us will be heading....

Now I need to go drive my Polo some more - I'm truly in love with it now x x x x

Looks very nice mate, tailpipes looks very similar to the Milltek! I noticed mines was quieter when i 1st started it in the morning but sounds so much better when putting the foot down! :P

Thinking of removing my cat as my lambda sensor is already removed so whats the point!?? :?

£499 for a 3" turbo back is a good price imo!

What's the Polo's over axle clearance like? 3" is hard work on the older VWs.
