got a black one to put on but does any one know how to remove the old one is it just stuck on?

whats the best way to remove it then? and how to stick the new one on just straight back in same place? thanks

Heat it up with a hair dryer and ease it off gently.

Clean the surface with some tar remover/isopropyl alcohol to get a really good bonding surface, then stick the new one on.
